Manic Monday.

Kimichi & Blue grey chiffon pleated skirt as tube top, 80s cream levi's skinny jeans, Christian Louboutin pumps, fringe rhinstone necklace by Noir, bullet shell flexible thing worn as bracelet and earrings by Lu Shae

Rhinestone Horseshoe studs by Lu Shae Jewelery

When you really want something in your wardrobe, just keep it in mind, don't stress it and it just might turn up without your looking for it. I pretty much lose all of my stud earrings while sleep and I don't learn my lesson because I continue to fall victim to the dream world with all of my jewelry on anyway. For me, big statement jewelery is reserved for special events and on a daily basis I go for small meaningful, symbolic pieces. So for the past 2 weeks or so I had been on the hunt for a pair of studs to replace my gold horse shoe earrings that were like a good luck charm to me and are now MIA. The search was over when Sarah from Lu Shae sent me these beautiful beautiful replacements. Thank you so much!

Ohhh Ohhh!! I forgot to mention who stopped my Maddy's this week....

Make a Wish.

Tokyo Diva

Indie Queen and Alfie

Ummmmm...yeaaaa, this is an example of how runway shows can go reall bad, real quick

vintage 80s Victor Costa (C.Madeleine's), Dolce & Gabanna sequin platforms (courtesy of Luisaviaroma.com), Louis Vuitton clutch (my own), rhinestone fringe earrings from Maddy's.

November 8th marked the night of the Make a Wish foundation gala event which me and alfie attended on a last minute notice. Actually, we didn't even make to the formal dinner, we just crashed the afterparty in the Chopin Ballroom where Heatherette presented a so-so fashion show and Pam Anderson did a prarie dance down the runway post-show alongside host Richie Rich. Tokyo Diva did a fab performance and blew all the drunk socialite people off their Louboutin's with her i-don't-give-a-damn style.
I love fancy events where I finally get to bust out with my crazy shoes and stunning C. Madelien's vintage dresses that make everyone in a room stop, stare, then start hating. The season has just started, my birthday is coming up and Art Basel is almost here. Let the good times roll in!!
